GRAND EGYPTIAN MUSEUM PROJECT
The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), also known as the Giza Museum, is a planned museum of artifacts of ancient Egypt. Described as the largest archaeological museum in the world, the museum is under construction and is scheduled to be partially open in 2018. The museum is sited on 50 hectares (120 acres) of land approximately two kilometers from the Giza pyramids and is part of a new master plan for the plateau.

New Head office building, which is located at 5th new Cairo, contains of three working levels, two levels of basement and roof, Building is served by 2- chillers and 3- chilled water pumps. Levels are served by Fan Coil Units, Stand-alone system and there are three fresh air handling units which are considered the source of fresh air.

New Presidential Palace Alamein City
The city is planned to be one of the fourth-generation cities being built in some of the most up to-date architectural styles. Moreover, it is expected to include universities, schools, and tourist activities that are supposed to boost tourism in the Mediterranean city. In March 2018, President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi inaugurated the New El Alamein city project, planned on an area of 48,000 acres at a cost of LE two billion. However, Egypt has more than 30 Presidential Palaces or gems that could be used for an official residence.
